General Terms & Conditions for Prize Draw Promotions 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all prize draw promotions (“Promotion”) run by Grosvenor Casinos. Specific details including the name of the promotion, promotional period, prize values, and draw timings will be stated on the accompanying promotional asset. 

Eligibility & Entry 

  • Customers who visit a participating Grosvenor Casino during the promotional period (as stated) will earn one prize draw entry ticket upon entry. 
  • On the day of issue, the prize draw ticket must be fully completed and submitted into the designated prize draw entry box located at reception. 
  • Entry to the promotion will close at the time and date stated on the promotional asset. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted. 
  • Incomplete, photocopied, altered, or defaced tickets will not be accepted. 
  • Prize draw entries are only valid at the casino where they were issued. 
  • Customers must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, their entry will be voided and a new winner will be drawn. 
  • Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the club are not eligible to enter. 

Prize Draw & Prizes 

  • The prize draw will take place at the times stated on the promotional asset. 
  • Prizes will be awarded in the order and values as stated. 
  • Customers may only win one prize per promotion. If a winning ticket is drawn again, the subsequent prize will be forfeited and redrawn. 
  • The number of winners and prize values will be clearly stated on the promotional asset.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all stamp card promotions (“Promotion”) run by Grosvenor Casinos. Specific details including the promotional period, number of visits required, reward values, and segmentation criteria will be stated on the accompanying promotional asset.

Eligibility & Participation

  • Stamp cards are only considered valid once completed with the customer’s name and membership number on the day of issue and may only be used by the named customer.
  • Illegible, photocopied, altered, defaced, or tampered cards will be considered invalid.
  • Customers may collect one stamp per gaming day during the promotional period, as stated.
  • Customer may only have one active stamp card per venue.
  • Stamps can only be claimed at the venue that issued the stamp card.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their card is stamped at the time of entry. Cards must be presented on the relevant day to claim a stamp or any associated reward.
  • No backdating of stamps will be permitted.

Reward Structure

  • Customers will receive promotional rewards (e.g., Free Bets) based on milestone visits, such as the third visit of each promotional week, as stated.

Reward Format & Redemption

  • Promotional Vouchers must be played through in full and cannot be cashed out. Vouchers are valid for a limited time (48 hours) from the time of issue, as stated.
  • SOCs are redeemable on table games only and are valid until lost. Losing SOCs will be placed in the table drop box and not returned to the customer.
