1. The “Talk To Grosvenor CX Survey Prize Draw” will run monthly until further notice. Each monthly period commences at 00:01am on the 1st day of the month and finishes at 11:59pm on the last day of the same month. (“Survey Period”).
2. Customers visiting any of the Grosvenor Casino venues are invited to complete the CX survey, either via a link contained in emails sent from Grosvenor Casino (sent within 24 hours of their visit), or via the QR-code available within the venue – customers are limited to a maximum of 2 entries per “Survey Period” via each of these means of completing a survey.
3. Full completion of the survey will result in an automatic entry into the prize draw. If you do not complete the survey, you will not be entered into the prize draw.
4. The prize draws will take place within 4 weeks of the “Survey Period” concluding.
5. There is a single prize to be won across all Grosvenor Casino venues of a £500 Amazon e-gift card, during each “Survey Period”.
6. The prize is as stated. No alternative prizes are available.
7. A winner will be randomly selected from all completed surveys during the survey period.
8. The winner will be contacted via email or by phone within 7 days of the prize being won, with details of how to claim the prize.
9. All customers taking part in this draw will need to have up-to-date contact details. In the event of a winner being uncontactable to claim their prize within 14 days of the prize being won, the prize will be forfeited.
10. Grosvenor Casinos (hereinafter referred to as “The Promoter”) accepts no responsibility for technical failures.
11. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this survey and prize draw, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
