2. The World Cup Packages offer is available at participating Grosvenor Casinos during the promotional period and in line with selected match bookings.
3. The package is priced at £20 and includes:

4. Packages must be purchased in advance online as part of a table booking.
5. The £10 Bet Builder free bet will be issued upon redemption of the package and must be used in accordance with the applicable sportsbook terms.
6. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or alternative.
7. No element of the package, including the free bet, is redeemable for cash.
8. Food and drink included in the package must be redeemed on the day of the booked match.
9. Menu items included in the promotion are limited to those displayed within the World Cup Players menu in venue and are subject to availability.
10. Only the specified drinks listed in clause 3 are included. No substitutions are permitted.
11. The package is valid for the specific match booking only and cannot be carried forward.
12. The reserved seating is from 60 minutes prior to the kick-off you have selected and 30 mins after the game has finished.

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Grosvenor Casinos (UK) Limited, a company in the Rank Group, with registered office at TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 8BN ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter, the Rank Group, their immediate families, agencies, suppliers, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Proof of age and UK residency may be required from winners before prizes are awarded.
3. Promotion period
The promotion opens on Wednesday 3 June 2026 and closes at 12:00 (noon) on Thursday 4 June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
• On Instagram: Tag a friend in the comments of the official promotion post on @grosvenor.sport (which appears as a collaboration post with @emileheskey).
• On X (formerly Twitter): Repost the official promotion post from @grosvenor.sport.
Multiple entries from the same user are permitted but each user will only be counted once per platform for the prize draw. Entries via private or restricted accounts may be excluded if the Promoter is unable to verify the entry.
5. The prize
Winners will receive free entry tickets to the World Cup Preview Show at either Grosvenor Casinos Reading South (Friday 5 June 2026) or Grosvenor Casinos Luton (Wednesday 10 June 2026). The number of winners is at the Promoter's discretion.
The prize is for event entry only and does not include travel, accommodation, food, drinks or any other costs. Travel to the chosen venue is the responsibility of the winner. Winners are advised to choose a venue they can reach on the relevant date. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
6. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time. Winners will be notified by direct message from @grosvenor.sport on the platform they entered on, by 18:00 on Thursday 4 June 2026.
Winners must respond confirming their chosen venue (Reading South or Luton) and provide the requested booking details by 12:00 (noon) on Friday 5 June 2026. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. At the venue
Winners and their guests must be aged 18 or over and may be required to present valid photo ID on arrival. Standard venue terms and conditions apply, including the right of the venue to refuse entry. Attendance is subject to the Promoter's responsible gambling policies.
8. Use of personal data
Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners. Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at grosvenorcasinos.com.
9. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that their first name and the venue they attended may be used by the Promoter for reasonable promotional purposes following the event, without further compensation.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it to do so. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
