Bonus Generic Terms

7. The bonus can only be used on a selection of games and playing them will only contribute towards the promotion’s targets and/or wagering requirements.

9. The bonus will be credited to the bonus balance. The Deposit + Bonus amount needs to be wagered thirty times (30x) before any winnings can be withdrawn from the Bonus balance.
10. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
11. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
12. The maximum deposit to receive full available bonus = £20. If you deposit more than this only the max eligible amount will be taken into account for wagering purposes. EG; 50% up to £100 reload bonus – Max deposit for full bonus is £200. But if you deposit £300, the remaining £100 would be ringfenced from wagering requirements.

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:

No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

14. Customers have 30 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
15. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
16. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.

25. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
26. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
27. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.

30. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
