• By claiming this offer, you will no longer be eligible for any welcome offer on Grosvenor Casinos/Sports.
• To be eligible for the welcome offer, customers must have made a deposit of £10+ and made their FIRST bet of £10 on sports to receive a Double Your Odds token (only 1 token available per customer)
• This promotion is not available to customers who open new accounts using PayPal and Paysafe as their first deposit method.
• This promotion is not available to customers residing in the Republic of Ireland.

• Only valid for new registrations to www.grosvenorcasinos.com. Existing members do not qualify.
• Bet must be placed using real money in combination with the 100% Odds Boost Token.
• Offer applies to Sport bets only. Maximum total stake is £10. Each way bets are a maximum of £5 each way (£10 total stake).
• Customers need to have made a deposit of £10+ to be eligible. Deposits made through PayPal and Paysafe will not qualify for our welcome offer.
• If you stake less than £10 on your first bet, you will forfeit the remaining amount of the odds boost token.
• 'Double Your Odds' refers to fractional odds only. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the profit from the eligible bet that is doubled.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the crediting of the boost token to activate in case of extenuating circumstances.
• Extra winnings are paid in cash upon bet settlement.
• Customers have 60 days after registration to use the Odds Boost token.
• A maximum of 1 offer is available per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details.
• Customer’s bet limits may also apply to Odds Boost token placement.

1. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
2. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
3. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
4. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
5. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
6. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
7. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
8. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
9. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
10. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
11. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
12. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
13. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
14. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
