TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The Vegas 2025 package prize is not transferable or refundable.
  2. Only one Vegas package can be won per customer. Should a player win a second package, they will not be entitled to use, transfer or redeem any part of the package.
  3. By entering the Road to Vegas 2025 tournaments, each entrant unreservedly agrees to the terms and conditions of this promotion and the awarding of the prizes.
  4. The Road To Vegas promotion period will run from 24/03/2025 to 01/06/2025
  5. Qualifying tournaments “Vegas Package 2x £4,000|D1” will have Day 1 flights taking place daily, with the Final “Vegas Package 2x £4,000|Final” taking place every Sunday during the promotion period.
  6. Feeder satellites will run every day during the promotion period, with buy-in’s starting from £1, as well as a Daily Freeroll satellite.
  7. The package is won by a customer, if they finish in a ‘Vegas £4,000 Package’ Prize position in the “Vegas Package 2x £4,000|Final”.
  8. A minimum of 20x Road to Vegas packages will be won.
  9. The ‘Vegas Package’ has a value of £4,000 and includes Hotel Accommodation in Las Vegas, Flights, Tournament buy-in and Spending Money, as detailed below:
    1. -        Buy-in for the “Millionaire Maker” Tournament ($1,500).
    2. -          7 Nights hotel accommodation at the Paris Hotel from 19th – 26th June 2025
    3. -          Welcome drinks and meet the team night, Thurs 19th June.
    4. -          Flights from UK to McCarran Airport (flexible arrangements within budget).
    5. -          Spending money - is the remainder of package fund after flights have been purchased.
  10. If a winner of the prize package is unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited.
  11. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age to play in Las Vegas. All entrants to the event will be required to produce proof of age.
  12. In the event that a winner will not be at least 21 years of age by the time Las Vegas 2025 event starts, the winner will not be able to play in the “Millionaire Maker”. The monetary value of the prize will not be refunded. The player will instead be offered a GUKPT package of equivalent value. 
  13. All Grosvenor Poker fraud and collusion rules apply. Account sharing is not permitted, any violation will result in disqualification from the promotion.
  14. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds..
  15. It is the responsibility of the player, and any guests (if applicable) to ensure they are in possession of a valid passport and any necessary visa requirements are complied with. Grosvenor Poker assumes no responsibility for players being unable to travel.
  16. Your account must be active when the “Millionaire Maker” Las Vegas 2025 takes place.
  17. All travel and package components are to be arranged exclusively through the “Main Event Travel” company (“MET”). You will be contacted by a representative approximately 10 days after you qualify in order to make your arrangements. After MET have contacted you, their T&Cs of travel will apply to you as a package winner. This includes, but is not limited to, providing the correct details as per your own passport and/or any guests to enable flight, hotel and any other ancillary bookings to be made on your behalf.
  18. MET cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or curtailment of an event by Grosvenor Poker. We STRONGLY recommend that players seek the correct insurance that covers event cancellation if that is the primary reason for travel.
  19. By participating in the Road to Vegas promotion, players hereby agree to represent Grosvenor Poker, which includes wearing exclusively throughout the duration of the Mini Main tournament (including the final table) the branded clothing / patch provided. This will be confirmed with the winner prior to participation in the Millionaire Maker tournament.
  20. Grosvenor Poker cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / time-outs' or disconnects as per the general rules of the Grosvenor Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Grosvenor Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
  21. In the event of a service crash or a disruption, it will be at the discretion of Grosvenor Poker whether the event will be rerun. 
  22. Grosvenor Poker, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies will not be held responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Grosvenor Poker, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected
  23. All employees of The Rank Group Plc (and any of its subsidiaries, including Grosvenor Poker) and members of their families or households are not eligible to enter the promotion. Employees of any organisation providing goods or services to Grosvenor Poker as part of the promotion, including Main Event Travel, are also not eligible to enter the promotion.
  24. Grosvenor Poker reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact.
