1.           The Operator running this Promotion is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator” or “We”).

2.           These terms (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to the Promotion and are additional to the standard terms and conditions of grosvenorpoker.com

“Galway Poker Festival Main Event Day 1” is played until the end of Level 15, and all the remaining players move to Day-2. Players will reach the Minimum Cash in Day-2, once 10% of the total field remains.

It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

8.           Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

9.           Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.

10.        By playing Galway Poker Festival 2026 online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Galway (Ireland), in order to participate at Galway Poker Festival 2026 Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.

11.        All seats for “Galway Poker Festival 2026” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “Galway Poker Festival Main Event Day 1X” from 8th to 10th january 2026 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Galway Festival tournament from 7th of January 2026 - 11th of January 2026 in Galway.

12.        In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Galway Poker Festival Main Event Day 1X”. The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.

13.        “Galway Poker Festival Main Event Day 1” is played until the end of Level 15, and all the remaining players move to Day-2. Players will reach the Minimum Cash in Day-2, once 10% of the total field remains. Players can enter multiple Day 1 events (“Galway Poker Festival Main Event Day 1”). Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into Galway Poker Festival Main Event Day 2” on 10th of January 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Galway.

14.        If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:

•             Play another Day 1.

•             Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.

•             Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.

15.        Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won.

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.

17.        To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.

18.        Revenue mission Qualification Period: 01/12/2025 00:00 GMT – 28/12/2025 17:00 GMT

19.        Maximum amount of “€100 Galway 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.

20.        The revenue mission will award “€100 Galway 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “Galway” tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€100 Galway 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 29/12/2025.

21.        Satellites will award “€XXX Galway 2026 Entry”, “€100 Galway 2026 [PACKAGE]” tickets or “€XXX Galway 2026 Auto” auto registration entry tickets which can only be used in “Galway Poker Festival 2026” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. The tickets will expire after the Promotion Period.

“€XXX Galway 2026 Auto” auto registration entry tickets directly register players to the target event.

22.        If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

23.        Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address can enter the Promotion. Only one (1) entry in the Promotion is permitted per player.

24.        We, [or any third party providing services to us in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the Promotion immediately if:

a.           you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the Promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Operator, or multiple accounts across any Operator Group company);

b.            We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the Promotion; or

c.            We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

25.        We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

26.        We may amend or cancel this Promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this Promotion. In particular, if We cancel this Promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.

27.        These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
