 It is hereby clarified that the players shall be responsible for booking their own travel & accommodation arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

5. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

6. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.

7. By playing the Irish Open tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Dublin (Ireland), in order to participate at the Irish Open event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.

8. The first Main Event seats for the Irish Poker Open won via an Online platform MUST be used in the Main Event Destination Tournament “Irish Open Main Event Day 1X - €2,500,000 Guaranteed” from 29th March 2026 to 3rd April 2026 in Dublin (the “Main Event Destination Tournament”).

9. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Irish Open Main Event Day 1X - €2,500,000 Guaranteed”) or use any additional €1,150 buy in to enter another event (any other €1,150 buy in event or as a part-payment for entry into any of the 6 x High Roller events with buy ins from €3,000 to €10,000). Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “Irish Open Main Event Day 2 - €2,500,000 Guaranteed” on 4th April 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Dublin.

10. The first Mini Event seats for the Irish Poker Open won via an Online platform MUST be used in the Mini Event Destination Tournament “Mini Irish Open Day 1X - €1,000,000 GTD” from 26th March 2026 to 5th April 2026 in Dublin (the “Mini Event Destination Tournament”).

11. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Mini Irish Open Day 1X - €1,000,000 GTD”) or use the €250 buy in to enter another event. Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “Mini Irish Open Final Day - €1,000,000 GTD” on 6th April 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Dublin.

12. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator. All unused seats will be entered automatically into the Destination Tournament

13. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Irish Open 2026 Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress.

14. “€0.25 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Entry”, “€3 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Entry”, “€15 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Entry”, “€150 IPO 2026 [PACKAGE]”, “€150 IPO 2026 [Mission]”, “€5 IPO 2026 SEATS Entry” and “€50 IPO 2026 SEATS Entry” entry tickets are valid only in “IRISH OPEN” tournaments during the Promotion Period and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion Period they will be linked to all tournaments.

15. Players who win “€0.25 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Auto” (expires on 23/03/2026), “€3 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Auto” (expires on 23/03/2026), “€15 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Auto” (expires on 23/03/2026), “€150 IPO 2026 [PCKG] Auto” (expires on 23/03/2026), “€0.5 IPO 2026 SEATS Auto” (expires on 24/03/2026), “€5 IPO 2026 SEATS Auto” (expires on 24/03/2026) and “€50 IPO 2026 SEATS Auto” (expires on 24/03/2026) auto-registration entry tickets will be automatically registered to the next target tournament after qualifying from a respective satellite.

17. To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.

18. Revenue missions Qualification Period: 17/11/2025 00:00 GMT – 22/03/2026 18:00 GMT.

19. Maximum amount of “€150 IPO 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 2 per player during the Revenue Missions Qualification Period.

20. Maximum amount of “€15 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Entry” entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 4 per player during the Revenue Missions Qualification Period.

21. The High revenue mission will award “€150 IPO 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “IRISH OPEN PACKAGE Xx€2,250|D1” tournaments until 22/03/2026. “€150 IPO 2026 [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 23/03/2026.

22. The Low revenue mission will award “€15 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Entry” entry tickets that are valid only in “IRISH OPEN Xx€150|PCKG|Step3” tournaments until 22/03/2026. “€15 IPO 2026 PACKAGE Entry” entry tickets expire on the 23/03/2026.

23. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

24. Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address can enter the Promotion. Only one (1) entry in the Promotion is permitted per player.

25. We, [or any third-party providing services to us in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the Promotion immediately if:

a. you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the Promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Operator, or multiple accounts across any Operator Group company);

b. We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the Promotion; or c. We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

26. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

27. We may amend or cancel this Promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this Promotion. In particular, if We cancel this Promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.

28. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
