1. The Operator running this Promotion is Grosvenor Casinos ltd, (the “Operator” or “We”).

2. These terms (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to the promotion and are additional to the standard terms and conditions of grosvenorpoker.com.

It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

The €300 included in the Package is provided as cash‑equivalent spending money only. It is not a reimbursement for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses.

All travel arrangements and related costs, including but not limited to flights, transfers, insurance, visas, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the player and shall not be reimbursed or covered by the Operator, iPoker, or the event organiser under any circumstances. It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

8. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

9. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.

10. By playing the Battle of Malta online tournaments, you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Malta, to participate at the Battle of Malta Live event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.

The minimum age to enter the casino in Malta is 18 for non – Maltese residents and 25 for Maltese citizens.

Venue eligibility / exclusion:

Participation in the live event is subject to the venue’s entry rules and policies. If a player is included on the venue’s exclusion/blacklist lists (or is otherwise refused entry under the venue’s rules), that player will not be eligible to participate in the live event and will not be entitled to any cash alternative, refund or compensation in respect of the live event participation.

11. All seats for the “Battle of Malta” 2026 won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X” from 28th May 2026 in Malta (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in the Battle of Malta “High Roller Day 1” tournament on 31st May 2026.

12. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events (“NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X”) or they can use the €600 buy in for the Battle of Malta €1,100 buy in “High Roller Day 1” tournament on 31st May 2026.

Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 2” on 31st May 2026, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta.

The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.

13. If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:

• Play another Day 1.

• Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.

• Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.

14. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won.

Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator. All unused seats will be entered automatically into the Destination Tournament.

16. To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the Revenue Mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.

17. Revenue Mission Qualification Period: 30/03/2026 00:00 GMT – 17/05/2026 18:00 GMT.

18. Maximum amount of “€20 BOM 2026 Mission” entry tickets issued for completing the weekly revenue mission: 1 per player during the Revenue Mission Qualification Period.

19. The revenue mission will award “€20 BOM 2026 Mission” entry tickets that are valid only in “Battle of Malta Qualifiers 2026” tournaments during the Promotion Period. “€20 BOM 2026 Mission” entry tickets expire on the 18/05/2026.

20. Satellites will award “€XX BOM 2026 Entry” and “€XX BOM 2026 Auto” entry tickets which can only be used in “Battle of Malta” 2026 Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress.

21. All “€XX BOM 2026 Entry“ tickets expire 2 months after having been issued.

After the Promotion Period they will be linked to all tournaments with the same buy in value.

22. All “€XX BOM 2026 Auto” auto registration entry tickets are valid only in “Battle of Malta” Qualifiers 2026 target tournaments during the Promotion Period and directly register players to the target event.

23. “BOM 2026 €1,800 Package” & “BOM 2026 €600 Seat” tickets will be issued online to package winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. “BOM 2026 €1,800 Package” & “BOM 2026 €600 Seat” tickets expire on 28/05/2026.

24. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

25. Only one (1) person per family, home address, computer, or IP address can enter the promotion.

26. We, [or any third-party providing services to us in connection with this promotion (the “Third Party”)] will disqualify you from the promotion immediately if:

a. you attempt, or We suspect that you have attempted, to participate in the promotion using multiple accounts (either accounts held under multiple names with Operator, or multiple accounts across any Operator Group company);

b. We reasonably suspect that you have colluded with other players to take advantage of the promotion; or

c. We and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any

Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

27. We will withhold any [prize] won by you if We reasonably believe that you are ineligible to participate in the promotion.

28. We may amend or cancel this promotion or amends its terms and conditions without notice if the amendment or cancellation is required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. Any such amendment will not have a detrimental effect on any players that have already participated, or are participating in, this promotion. In particular, if We cancel this promotion after you have entered it, that will not affect the validity of your participation in it.
