1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”)
2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor “Lucky Cards”.
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
6. The promotion will run from 19:00 to 23:00 UK time Sunday till Thursday each week (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible Player 

7. Eligible players must:

1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2. A new or existing player with GrosvenorCasinos.com
3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.

Promotion Mechanics

8. The maximum cash reward or Sports Bets a player can win is £5 per day or up to £25 during the promotional period (Sunday to Thursday each week).
9. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
10. Only one prize will be allocated per customer each day during the promotional period.
11. The maximum cash reward or Sports Bet a player can win is £5 per day.
12. All rewards from the Promotion include Instant Cash prizes and Sports Bet valid for 4 days that are credited every Friday. 
13. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner within 3 business days, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
14. The Requirements are as follows:

1. Player must stake a minimum of £5 cash on the following *eligible Blackjack Games: Blackjack Gold, Exclusive Blackjack, Free Bet Blackjack, Cash Out Blackjack, Premium Blackjack, Cash Out Blackjack Elite.
2. The stake must be placed on the table and not on the ‘bet behind’ position; 
3. The stake must be placed during the Promotional Period. 
4. Voided or cancelled stakes will not be counted as an eligible stake. 

15. One Promotional Card (each a “Promotional Card”) will be inserted into the shoe of each of the Exclusive Tables.

General terms and Conditions

16. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
17. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
18. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
19. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
20. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
21. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
22. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
23. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
24. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
25. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
26. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
27. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
28. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
29. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
