11. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional prizes in a timely manner. However, if any difficulties occur, technical or otherwise, the prizes will be credited not later than 72 hours after the initial date.

General Terms and Conditions

13. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

15. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

17. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. 18. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
19. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
20. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
21. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.

25. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
