HOW DO I USE MY TICKET?

Head to the cash desk at the casino and ask to buy-in using an online ticket.

 

If the ticket is being put towards the entry, any additional balance due will need to be paid at the cash desk.

  1. Live event tickets won online will not expire. We apply a long expiry date to ensure players have plenty of time to use their ticket. Should your online ticket to a live event expire without you using it, please contact customer services via email at support@grosvenorcasinos.com and we will gladly re-issue the ticket.
  2. We may at any point ask for valid proofs of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation
  3. The promotion is only available to players that have registered from one of our permitted and licensed jurisdictions.
  4. Only one player may enter these poker tournaments per:

    2. IP Address
    3. Device
    4. Email address
