TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    This promotion is valid only at Grosvenor Casinos The Victoria, London.
2.    The Race to Vegas will run from 6am on Monday 13th April to 6am on Monday 25th May 2026.
3.    The Victoria Casino will guarantee the Play-Off tournament at £119,000 in WSOP Team Victoria packages.
4.    The Play-Off tournament will take place on the Sunday following the end of the qualifying period, Sunday 31st May 2026 at 2pm.
5.    In addition to the standard rake, a further £1 will be taken from every pot of £10, or more, on all raked No Limit Hold’em (NLH) cash games.
6.    The additional £1 will not be taken if the hand is concluded pre-flop.
7.    Players will be awarded one point for every raked pot won on qualifying NLH cash games.
8.    In a result of a chopped pot, no points will be awarded.
9.    It is the responsibility of the players to ensure they are registered on the waiting list.
10.    The Casino Management reserves the right to exclude players from the promotion if they believe them to be attempting to earn points without legitimately participating in play.
11.    A 10% admin fee will be taken from the collected prize pool.
12.    The top 99-point earners will be displayed on the leaderboard weekly. Players can also check their personal points via the Self Check-in screens.
13.    The top 99 players on the leaderboard, at the end of the qualifying period, will be issued a seat in the Play-Off tournament.
14.    Should there be a tie for 99th position, all players in the tie will be entered into the Play-Off tournament.
15.    Starting stacks for the Play-Off tournament will be determined based on the players finishing position on the leaderboard:
a.    1st Position        = 50,000
b.    2nd to 10th Position    = 45,000
c.    11th to 20th Position     = 40,000
d.    21st to 30th Position    = 35,000
e.    31st to 50th Position     = 30,000
f.    51st to 99th Position     = 25,000
16.    The Play-Off tournament guarantees seven £15,000 WSOP Team Victoria Packages and two £7,000 WSOP Team Victoria Packages.
17.    To claim any prize or part of a prize in the Race to Vegas, the player must be eligible to play within any Grosvenor Casinos venue.
18.    The £15,000 WSOP Team Victoria package includes: $10,000 buy-in for the 2026 WSOP Main Event, return flights to Las Vegas and travel insurance, 7 to 10 night’s accommodation, spending money, VIP excursions and experiences, branded Victoria Poker Room merchandise.
19.    The £7,000 WSOP Team Victoria package includes: $3,000 buy-in a 2026 WSOP Side Event, return flights to Las Vegas and travel insurance, 7 to 10 night’s accommodation, spending money, VIP excursions and experiences, branded Victoria Poker Room merchandise.
20.    There is no cash alternative/refund for any part(s) of the package.
21.    Packages can only be transferred to another player (within seven days of winning) who has played in the Play-Off tournament at the Victoria Poker Room with prior agreement from the Victoria Casino management.
22.    Travel arrangements will be made for all package winners to travel together. These flights will be fixed dates and any adjustments to the flights or travel accommodation will be at the expense of the package winner. There are no refund or cash alternatives to the original arrangements.
23.    If a package is transferred, it must be done as a whole. Flights, accommodation and buy-in will be in a single person’s name only.
24.    Players must confirm all details within 14 working days of winning a package so relevant bookings can be made.
25.    Winners must wear a provided Grosvenor branded poker badge at all times during WSOP tournament play. These must remain visible during all Main Event tournament play. No other promotional badges may be worn during the WSOP Main Event without permission from Victoria Casino management.
26.    If a package is transferred, the nominee assumes all package winner expectations and responsibilities.
27.    Package winners must arrange and obtain their own ESTA/Visa for right of entry into the USA.
28.    The package winner will be fully responsible for adhering to any Covid-19 entry requirements into the USA and the UK on return, if required.
29.    Players entering the WSOP events must be 21 or over at the time of the WSOP Main event. This will be the responsibility of the package winner, and the package will be withheld if this condition is not met, or a suitable transfer cannot be made within the seven day transfer period (21.). 
30.    Each package winner will need to provide the Las Vegas hotel with their credit/debit card details. The credit card will be charged for an incidental deposit and other costs accrued during the trip.
31.    Players will be required to participate in marketing commitments which include but are not limited to photographs, videos and social media posts. These will be scheduled in London and Las Vegas. These will be scheduled in advance and must be attended by all package winners.
32.    If any package winner is participating in any product/service marketing which may be a conflict of interest to our own, their package may be cancelled.
33.    The management reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time. All management decisions are final.
34.    If a player has his/her membership suspended or cancelled before the tournament, they will forfeit their place/package.
35.    Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 
36.    Grosvenor Casino employees or members of their family are not permitted to take part in this tournament.
37.    This promotion is funded by promotional funds collected and held in reserve, which are awarded periodically as per the Terms and Conditions of our Daily High Hand promotion, no increase in promotional collections are made to fund this promotion.
38.    The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time. 
39.    If this promotion is discontinued Grosvenor Casinos Limited will ensure that any monies remaining will be used for another promotion, offer or competition or shall be redistributed to customers in an appropriate manner at Grosvenor’s absolute discretion.
40.    Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules or their membership. 
41.    Customers who are Self-Excluded or receive barring from the Grosvenor Casinos for any reason are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 
42.    This promotion is also subject to Grosvenor Casinos General Terms and Conditions.
